How much does it cost to see a dentist? What about for a root canal? Or for a set of dentures? We recognise that going to the dentist often raises many financial questions that people can find more stressful than the visit itself. This is true about dentist prices in particular.
Dental problems – and their subsequent treatments – can vary from person to person. This means that the price of your visit depends on a wide range of factors and we cannot know for sure exactly how much it will cost without first determining exactly what needs to be done. However, we understand that our patients would like to have an idea of our prices before they come in.
This page aims to provide you with as much information as we can on our dentist prices as well as a thorough financial overview.

Competitive prices and high quality

It is said that price and quality go hand in hand. However, this is not always the case when it comes to dental treatments. Our competitive dentist prices enable you to receive high-quality treatment from a professional and experienced dentist without spending a fortune. We believe that everyone deserves expert, professional, and safe care, no matter their financial situation.
Trust and transparency are two of our core values here at Valby Dental Clinic. This is why we have made it easy for you to see how much our different treatments cost, be it a root canal, routine check-up or a composite filling, as well as additional services such as x-rays, local anaesthetic and teeth cleaning. While we have tried to make our price list as comprehensive as possible, you are always welcome to get in touch if you cannot find what you are looking for.

Information on dentist prices and available subsidies

At Valby Dental Clinic, we aim to provide dental check-ups and treatments at affordable prices. However, you can save even more money by taking advantage of the subsidies available to you.

If you are over 18 years old, you can receive financial aid for a number of treatments from the dentist, including check-ups, root canal treatments, cavities, etc. You can see the full list of eligible treatments at retsinformation.dk. You can also receive money from the public sector for treatments from all Danish dentists who have entered into agreements to allow this with their respective region. It goes without saying that these subsidies significantly reduce the financial pressure on you. The amount you can receive depends on the type of treatment, as some treatments are eligible for larger subsidies than others.

In addition to the public sector, you may be able to receive financial aid through your private health insurance. For example, “danmark” health insurance is a private health insurance association that provides subsidies for dental treatments. If you are a member of a private health insurance association and in need of dental work, you should investigate whether your treatment is eligible for financial aid.

If you have any further questions about our dentist prices, do not hesitate to send us an e-mail or give us a call. We are always happy to help.
